Sugar and Distillery

Sugar and Distillery

Distillery refers to the process of creating alcoholic drinks from sugarcane molasses, cereals, and other agro-products in the sugar business. The distillation process begins with basic ingredients such as grains or molasses that are mashed into a mash. The starch is transformed into sugar during this process. The fermentation of this mash takes place in a fermentation tank. Molasses produced as a byproduct of the sugar mill comprises residual sugar, glucose, and fructose. Fermentation and distillation are the two major unit activities performed during the synthesis of alcohol from molasses.

Products

  1. DstllaryE-3D

A symbiotic mixture of bio nutrients is used to replace inorganic nitrogen and phosphorus sources like urea and DAP as well as other crucial micronutrients like zinc and magnesium for bacterial growth in both anaerobic and aerobic water treatment processes.

In the process of treating water, bacteria are crucial.   To keep bacteria healthy and promote faster and more robust growth of MLSS (Mixed Liquid Suspended Solids) in both aerobic and anaerobic processes, DstllaryE-3D is a rich source of biologically available nitrogen in the form of protein enzyme, essential amino acids, minerals, and vitamins. This increases the efficiency of effluent treatment.

Benefits of DstllaryE-3D

Increases in cell division and growth in microorganisms.

provides all necessary nutrients; no additional nitrogen source is required.

protein and peptides are hydrolysed to provide valuable attackable nitrogen.

increased output and less byproduct generation.

Totally organic and water-soluble foundation.

COD/BOD reduction

  1. SyncultE-3D

We are a reputable company that provides an unrivalled selection of composting microbes. The 3dimension collateral microbial culture is an excellent microbial product for dealing with challenging issues in the treatment of solid waste and sewage. Our multifaceted sewage treatment method cleans the sewage, removes solid pollutants, and makes it suitable for industrial use while reducing the amount of water needed for composting. We employ both anaerobic and aerobic sewage treatment techniques.

  1. DigesterD-3D

A combination of Micro and Marco nutrients for the production of methane gas from all types of anaerobic processes, including USAB, ICX, IC, and biodigesters, using the conversion of VFA.

Over the past few decades, the anaerobic digestion of organic matter for the production of biogas (CH4 + CO2) has flourished and expanded. However, there is frequently opportunity for improvement in the stability and efficiency of the CH4-production process.

Advantage

Aids in the robustness and viability of anaerobic microorganisms.

It aids in the synthesis of CH4 and the addition of all micronutrients to your reactors.

Reduce and minimise VFA while converting fatty acids and biomass in methane.

Assist in lowering COD and BOD loads.

  1. DstllaryD-3D

Inorganic nitrogen and phosphorus sources like urea and DAP, as well as other crucial micronutrients like Zn, Mg, etc., can be replaced by a synergistic mixture of bio-nutrients and biocatalyst.

Select strains of Aspergillus, Bacillus, Trichoderma species, and Actinomycetes are fermented under regulated conditions to generate assimilable nitrogen in DstllaryD-3D, a specifically prepared blend of bio nutrients, micro and macronutrients, proteolytic and diverse microorganisms.

Benefits by  DstllaryD-3D

Improves fermentation efficiency, alcohol production, and fermentation time.

DstllaryD-3D also provides the nutrients required for yeast development and cell viability.

Replaces nutrition derived from chemicals

Improves fermentation consistency and yields.

It is suitable for use in the high gravity fermentation process.

Accelerate yeast metabolism and play an important role in yeast stress management.

No need to use urea and DAP and other macro/micro nutrients

  1. 3D-Dstllary Sol

(High Sugar and High VA Molasses-based Alcohol Fermentation and Condensate Water Recycling)

The primary issues with wasted lees water and evaporator condensate are.

High concentrations of dissolved gases and volatile acids.

Faster bacterial contamination growth is caused by the presence of organic debris and nutrients.

The ability to recycle condensate water in the fermentation process will be made possible by addressing the aforementioned issues and supplying enough nutrients for yeast development.

There are sophisticated systems like ZLD available on the market to clean condensate water, but they have very high operating costs. We have developed  3D-Dstllary Sol

Product to eliminate condensate water difficulties for use in the fermentation process based on our expertise solving challenging challenges in industrial water treatment.

Benefits of  3D-Dstllary Sol

controls bacterial infection and volatile acid in fermentation.

Reduces and Brakes production of volatile acids during fermentation.

gives yeast the nutrition it needs to flourish.

  1. 3D-Dstllarygain

Specially developed for use in high sugar fermentation and alcohol fermentation using molasses, 3D- Dstllarygain. It is a combination of unique enzymes and micronutrients.

The primary difficulties with high sugar fermentation are as follows:

Alcohol production by yeast begins to be inhibited by high sugar concentration levels.

High concentrations of dissolved gases and volatile acids.

organic stuff is present, and microorganisms with a high biomass are growing.

Technology:

In order to address the issues of volatile acids, bacterial contamination, and the conversion of yeast dead cells (proteins) to amino acids, 3D-DstllaryGain-is a multicomponent blend of patented enzymes.

Protease enzymes present in formulation break the cell walls of contaminant microorganisms and increase the FAAN Content in fermentation system, which is necessary for yeast growth. Enzymes react with organic acids present in fermented wash and form intermediate that ultimately breaks them down into organic carbon resulting in less volatile acids formation.

By using this enzyme, it hydrolyzed polysaccharides included in B-heavy molasses, such as starch, dextrin, cellulose, etc., and transformed them into reducing sugar, which was then converted into alcohol by the yeast.

The benefits of 3D-DstllaryGain-

prevents fermentation from becoming contaminated by bacteria.

Reduces and Brakes production of volatile acids during fermentation.

gives yeast the nutrition it needs to flourish.

reduces unwanted byproduct involvement in the fermentation and distillation processes.

Increase the alcohol content to match that of recovered wash and fermented wash.
